I spoke with Camille, she filed a claim on my behalf. In less than 30 minutes. I had a text from both enterprise rental car company and the autobody shop that I would be using. They allowed me to call them directly. I will pay my Deductible directly to the auto body company. Camille was absolutely amazing! It was one of the most smooth, efficient experiences I’ve ever had with a business! So thankful for their kindness and expertise!
