I've never had an issue with any of them but it can be a bit iffy when your long time agent retires and new people take over that office. That's the case here. Working with Laura Connick has been awesome. We just added a vehicle and we have another that was involved in a minor accident. She's been very helpful whenever I needed anything and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Laura.
