His staff (particularly Catie) offer customer service unmatched by any profession I've dealt with. I have periodically compared my State Farm policies/pricing to other insurance companies, but State Farm is always competitive w/ pricing and coverage, and no one can match his customer service regardless of answering a question or assisting on filing a claim.
