  These guys are great if you're into being misinformed... They'll give you a lower quote by including undisclosed discounts and get you all signed up and then increase the prices for the discounts you didn't qualify for after you already paid... It's a good scam to pull people in. I'm generally happy with Allstate tbh, but changing to another agent to a more honest one now...

  With everything increasing I had some questions on my renewal. Called my agent's office and Paige was very patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner! Even saved me more money. Thank you again! I'll definitely be continuing as a customer.

  I’m 78 and spent 23 years in the AF and 20 in the civilian world. I have many years evaluating personnel. I give this a five star rating for Carol Clark and her staff because she was professional, treated me like a valuable customer, quick to respond to question and when she said she would get right back with me she did. If I was still supervising people I would fight to have people like her in my organization. She was very polite and easy to talk to also. I know she a definite asset in your business.

  The staff at the Rykman Agency are so helpful and actually care about their customers. I called their Agency and spoke with Tarrah and she reviewed my policies with me and really explained all my insurance questions to where I could better understand the coverages. She also took the time to find discounts I didn't even know about and helped me save over $100! I also LOVE how I can call their office anytime and speak to a person and not a machine and their entire customer service staff treat you more like family than customers and that is why I highly recommend them to my friends and family and they are saving more money too!! Thank you Rykman Agency!

  Brittany at the Rykman Agency was a true light for me during an incredibly stressful time. Rebecca had also been working hard to help me, and I truly want that recognized as well. At one point Rebecca was on another call, and Brittany stepped in seamlessly and carried things forward with the same care and urgency. That kind of teamwork says a lot about an agency. What stayed with me most was how personally and professionally I was treated. I never felt like just another policy number. I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Brittany put real effort into helping me get this resolved, and Rebecca’s efforts absolutely mattered too. I also want to mention Jennifer, because the overall experience reflected an agency where people are trying to help, not just process paperwork. In moments when life already feels heavy, that kind of compassion, follow-through, and professionalism means more than people realize.
