We had a great experience with Crystal at State Farm. She made the whole process so easy, was lovely to work with along the way, and helped us to bundle our car insurance which is saving us ~$100 per month. Would highly recommend working with her!

Can never get ahold of who actually sets up your policies, non responsive, had an issue with a policy premium and 3 business days later, no one still reached out after leaving a message with the front desk!

Crystal was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly personable, friendly, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. What could have been a difficult or overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to her patience, clarity, and professionalism. I truly appreciated how comfortable and well-informed she made me feel throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for an agent who truly cares about her clients!

I received a notification via email on our Homeowners Policy and we had some questions regarding the adjustments. We called the Lakeland office on Hwy 98 to set up an appointment to review the changes.
We met with Crystal Babb to walk through the questions we had regarding our policy.
She was very attentive, thorough and explained the questions that we had for her.
We also discussed items that we could adjust to offset our Premiums on our bundled policy.
She is very trustworthy and listened well and we walked away with confidence that she had our best interests at hand.
We would highly recommend her to anyone in the Lakeland-Bartow area or surrounding areas.
It is very difficult to earn our trust however Crystal passed with flying colors.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Never follow-up on any issues that I try to work with them on. My bill is always increasing. Their excuse, cost of living has gone up so I have to take the brunt of the increase. They claim they've lowered my premium on multiple occasions, but the facts are, I've spent more each year with them over all since the beginning. My bill has never gone down on a premium despite their "records". The final straw for me was adding a new car that my son had purchased and adding him to my insurance. The monthly premium went up $500+. No explanation as to why. I had asked them to either remove or put the basic minim on a car that I had in my possession that was no longer drive-able and I was trying to get rid of it. This was something i had tried to do multiple times but according to "their records" I never responded back saying to go ahead and lower it to minimum or cancel. I finally called State Farm and they stated that my premium actually had gone up on the car I wasn't using, despite them saying they lowered my coverage. The agent on the phone was not associated with the specific agency but State Farm in general and stated she would contact the office and have someone contact me regarding the discrepancies. Never heard anything from them. I finally went with AllState just because now-a-days, seems the only way to get your insurance premiums to stay at a reasonable rate is to switch ever 5 or so years. My driving record was not bad at all either. no accidents, no tickets within the last 5 or 10 years. Safe Driver on my license. yet premiums keep going up and up and up. They are NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR!
Oh, and also, I emailed them to cancel the policy. They came back and stated some nonsense that really got me angry. Mainly because I was just fed up with them. I sent an email back stating to cancel it! And I cursed in my email! They came back maybe 3 or 4 days later and said they would cancel. But they didn't leave it at that. They had to try to tell me I was wrong about everything I stated in my experience with them. They never once reached out to me about this on the phone or text or email other than when I came to them about this. They are not accountable for their own actions and it was clear to me from their rebuttal on my complaints. Then their manager, Benjamin Aliff, writes back to me stating that if I wanted insurance from State Farm again not to use their agency! AS IF I WAS GOING TO!?!?! What kind of ego does a manager have to have to tell me that after me getting so angry with them and them getting offended over my anger towards their service! That's literally what this was about. Benjamin, don't worry there bud, I don't ever want to use Bart Blessings agency ever again nor will I ever recommend anyone use that agency. What kind of brain thinks that I would after how you all treated me as a customer throughout my time with your agency? Seriously Ben? Why would you think it was necessary to tell me that?
I'm done ranting on this business. Sorry folks, but this one angered me so much I had to post a review to warn others. Hopefully others haven't had the same experience.
Update: says that the business replied to my review and I saw the preview in my email notification but I don’t see the reply here on my review. Did they take down the reply?
