But we recently had a horrible fire some of my pets perished and it's been a very traumatic time in my life to say the least! I have been having trouble with the insurance claim and called Kelly for advise. Not only did she have so much empathy and give me her best professional advice she actually called the adjuster and spent quite along time mediating, so to say ! Above and beyond and I'm so grateful because I'm not doing well at all through this nightmare. Thank you Kelly for everything ! The best agency of all time 💞
