  Great experience overall. Héctor was extremely attentive and careful throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated how honest and straightforward everything felt.   Kiel at Brightway is the kind of person you hope to work with when it comes to something as important as insurance. From the very beginning, he made me feel like more than just another customer. He took the time to listen, understand my situation, and make sure I was getting coverage that actually made sense for me. What impressed me most was how genuine and personable Kiel was. He was always available when I had questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured into anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend Kiel to any of my friends, family, or anyone looking for someone they can trust with their insurance. He made the entire process incredibly easy, and I’m grateful to have someone like him in my corner. Brightway is lucky to have him!

  Patrick and Scott (in fact his whole team) were super helpful in the whole process of me securing home insurance for my primary home. They spent time talking to me regarding different carriers and additional coverages that I may or may not have needed in our case. Kept in touch throughout the process which gave me peace of mind! Highly recommend these folks for your home insurance needs, flood and really any other insurance needs. The attention to detail is what matters most.

  I cannot say enough great things about Patrick and the service he provided! From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I received the best possible insurance coverage and value. What stood out most was how much Patrick truly cared about my best interests. He took the time to listen to my needs, answer every question thoroughly, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with my decisions. I never once felt like I was being rushed or simply treated like any other customer/client. Patrick went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
