- CTC T5 days ago1.0I received a text from my agents office Thursday morning, asking if they could assist me with my claim, problem is I had not filed a claim. I called my agent to speak with Tangela, but she was not available, I explained the urgency of the matter and was advised she would call back. Never received a call back, I called Friday but it went to their VM. My only choice was to call State Farm customer service which has taken up most of my Saturday. After 4 agents someone finally took the time to review my policy. There was in fact no claim on my account, somehow Amber Word State Farm sent me a text about a claim for a different person with my same name, but DOB, phone number, and address do not match the claim. Easy mistake and I would have no issue if my agent took the time to respond to my phone calls. I pay $500 a month, and have never had an accident while with State Farm. The first time in a year and a half I call and received only silence. That is the problem I have.
