Every time I called for guidance about important issues related to my policy, I rarely received clear or helpful information. I was constantly transferred from one call to another, and very few people were actually able to help me. Since switching to another insurance company, I haven’t had any of those problems. It was a very frustrating experience, and I definitely would not recommend Roca Insurance to anyone.
