  Your representative, Tia, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went out if her way to help me find a company I could afford (still can't afford but better than UHC). I haven't had to use the insurance yet, so can't comment on payment issues. Thank Tia for me!

  Be careful with this company. Their staff do not seem qualified to explain to you what some of these questions mean. Then you find out they recommended to answer yes when it should have been no and now your are denied converge. So now they are requesting you go and get a letter from you doctor to explain your medical history, which could have been avoided if they had competent people working for them. Stay away from this firm.

  I have blocked Elite insurance partners from my phone. They called 4 times in 20 minutes. I was napping or least trying to. I answered and the young lady who called me was aggressive, and extremely pushy. I was already annoyed and that didn't make me feel like I was dealing with a company I wanted no part of. I hate aggressive salesman!! I couldn't get her to understand that I was not interested in doing business with that company. Maybe Elite Insurance Partners is as good as their reviews say, but not for me.

  I was looking to reduce my medicare supplemental insurance rates. I did an online request for potential options and was contacted by Trevor Hanson. He provided me with some options, but I was unsure and quite a bit apprehensive about trying to go through the medical underwriting process. I did extensive research on my own to be sure I was comfortable with making the change. Throughout the process which involved a few conversations with Trevor, he was patient, understanding and at no time tried to push me to make a decision. Communication with Trevor was very straight forward. He continued to provide me with valuable assistance and reassurance throughout the entire process including helping with filing the underwriting forms with the new provider. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Trevor & EIP.
