  I was working with Elijah Gelson. At first, he was great. He gave me the costs and helped me choose the right plan. We were supposed to have a follow up phone call last Friday and he never called. I have called the office phone number 20 times and I always get the same answer. “Your agent is not available at this time.” There is no alternative phone number. I have left messages and emailed him, with no response. My Medicare was supposed to be effective tomorrow. I have no idea where I am in the process. Very frustrated!

  Jose was very personable and professional. He saved me over $50 a month in my Medigap insurance premium. He saved my brother money on his premium and we’re waiting to hear from the insurance company on my mother’s too.

  Excellent service. All my questions were answered. Agent dealt with me through all the steps and provided all the requested information from me. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to make their transition to Medicare easy. A wide range of products was also discussed beyond just Medicare.

  Percia Nicholas pointed us in a very helpful direction after my husband had a stroke and we were looking to switch from traditional Medicare to Advantage. Not only did she do that, but she shared how we could make this change outside the annual enrollment period due to his critical medical condition. She patiently walked me through the what she found to be the best plan, answered all my questions and gave me hours of her time. One suggestion: She was not available when I had a crucial question. Turns out she was out of town, so a notice on her email would have been helpful to lower the anxiety level. Other than that, we are very pleased with our choice and her help!

  The representative was very patient and understanding with what l was looking for in my medical care needs. Explained that I was not interested in any type of Medicare advantage plans. Looking for a reasonable cost effective plan that was much lower than what my current plan had issued me. I understood that cost overall was rising , but as a senior on limited income who is in reasonable good health l should not be expected to pay such a high cost for a medic gap plan. The representative was very helpful and understanding on my issues.
