Unfortunately, my experience on July 1, 2026, was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism I encountered was not what I’ve come to expect from a well-known brand. The tone of communication, along with dismissive and inappropriate remarks, was unacceptable. Customer service should be centered on listening, understanding concerns, and working toward solutions—not making assumptions or responding unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to a company that values its customers and provides respectful, solution-oriented service.
