I’ve never left a negative review until Brigit Smallridge. Please prepare for billing/underwriting misunderstanding/misinterpretations. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone and the agents are not able to explain why your bill is the way it is. I am moving my business, needless to say. I would either go with a different agent who trains their agents more properly or not at all because of their billing system that they cannot explain. The lack of response to questions has been unbearable.
