  My mom doesn't normally ask me to write a review!..but she made sure I didn't forget to acknowledge the lady who assisted her with her insurance today! Lol I believe she said her name was Kayreen or Kareleen! She said it was spelled different! But anyways,..she bragged about how she was absolutely wonderful! Outstanding customer service, was caring & extremely polite! She said even though the agent was having a busy day she called her back about 30mins later but it was so worth it she received an awesome rate!! Soo huge shout out to you Mrs. Lady..thank you for all your hard work & dedication!

  I recently had the opportunity to be assisted by Kayreen via telephone and she did an awesome job answering my questions and providing the information I desired. She was very knowledgeable and focused on helping me to obtain the best policy coverage based on my needs. I can appreciate good customer service from friendly company reps who actually seek to offer their best services. Kudos to Kayreen!
