She provides the kind of service I thought was long gone from today's insurance world. Here's my story. After a number of uneventful years with my State Farm agent, two things happened. My local agency was sold, and my husband and I decided to go from a condo to a house. I had no idea how complicated it would be and knew no one at the new agency. When I called, I was transferred to Krystal. What a stroke of good fortune. Krystal brilliantly navigated our search for homeowner's insurance. She interacted seamlessly with our mortgage provider and the title company. She explained issues with the property that we can address and possibly find better rates. Even with the sale behind us she is quick to respond to questions and address concerns. She is the best of the best!
