- WMWilliam Mateo4 days ago1.0I called the Gambale Insurance Agency and spoke to man named Misa I explained that I was looking to buy home and flood insurance. He took my information and asked me to send him a wind mitigation report which I did the same day. I never heard from him again, I called him twice and left messages but no call back, I guess they don’t care about new customers. If he had called me and said that they couldn’t help I would have understood but not to call back is disrespectful, I would not recommend this agency.

He is personable, efficient and responsive to all my concerns. I respect him so much we are considering transferring our home insurance to him, also. I can’t say enough about Brad’s ability as an agent. I am fully confident in his handling our business now and in the future.

He has consistently gotten me quotes that beat other companies quotes by as much as 1500$. I highly recommend him to anyone.
