- KBKayla BryantApr 30, 20261.0I am filing a complaint regarding my claim, which has been ongoing for nearly two months after being hit by one of your insured drivers. My vehicle has been declared a total loss, yet I still have no clear answer on whether your policyholder was insured or a finalized liability decision. This delay is unacceptable. Under Florida law, drivers are required to carry insurance, and this determination should not take this long. I have also received inconsistent and unclear communication from my adjuster, Max Lewis, and do not feel my claim is being handled properly.
