  I contacted Victoria at Huber to see if we could get a better rate from another carrier than Travelers for our car. I gave her my criteria and a few days later she quoted me a very good rate by Progressive. I trust Huber Insurance and the agents to represent me and not the carriers. I am glad I do.

  Unfortunately my renewal date is 7/8, I called a month ago and spoke to Jennifer , I told her that I never got my renewal, she said it should come shortly, I said that claim should have dropped off and I would like to get a rate without having it on there, I asked if she could find a company that would give me a better quote, I called 3 times, again I never got my renewal, please find me a better rate, i called again and spoke to Victoria, last week, again I never got my renewal,I told her what I needed and asked her if she could find me a better rate ,she said I would probably need an inspection. I said please find out and call me back, if I have to get an inspection then whatever but who really wants an inspection but I will if I have to, my mother is 84 and not well, i told them I’m really overwhelmed right now ,I don’t have much time, I never got my renewal, I called the beginning of this week and she said she didn’t call me back because they all needed inspections , I said well I’m going to need ins. Before the 8th, well thank God I was able to find a better price than what she told me my renewal was, not seeing it, never getting it in the mail, I have better coverage now for less money and a very helpful new agent, I really feel like they just wanted me to keep that policy that that claim was still on so they could get a higher commission, shame on you, you lost a good customer..
