Our vehicle was tied up in a claim for over six months, and not once did this office take any proactive steps to help us. State Farm’s recommended autobody shop performed work that destroyed our turbos, leaving our vehicle unusable for half a year — and this office still did nothing to escalate the issue or advocate for us. I called weekly. Perry never answered and avoided any direct communication. Never showed any interest in helping resolve the mess that State Farm created. We had to physically walk into the office multiple times just to get the smallest bit of attention. Another State Farm office even told us that Perry had mishandled the claim and was “extremely lazy,” which perfectly matches our experience. For the price State Farm charges, you would expect professionalism and support. Instead, this office showed zero effort, zero accountability, and zero customer care. This was a six‑month disaster entirely caused by State Farm’s own repair recommendation, and this agency still refused to help. I would never trust this office with another claim.
