  Had the best experience with Erin. She helped me get through a confusing issue with grace and was extremely helpful and nice. Cannot recommend her and Ben Feller State Farm enough!

  July 7, 2026: I called Ben Feller's office with questions concerning upcoming renewal documents for my auto plans. Spoke with Erin who was very knowledgeable and professional. She clearly explained the legal wording and made changes to my policies as requested in no time flat. Great job!

  Micah is very friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance they sell. I feel like I had a ton of questions wanting to make sure that my family and I have the right coverage and he did his very best to make sure that I understood exactly what I was getting. Also to offer additional coverage to make sure my family was covered under any situation.
