She is very patient in explaining all the confusing Medicare information The change last year that Bay Insurance made was allow the agents to be able to right different plans and not just Fl Blue Medicare. Because last year I had to switch because Fl Blue was able to meet my need. Millie was able to write a different plan with out having to go somewhere else to have it done!!
