  My husband and I own several properties in Florida with the first one being purchased in 2015. I am currently retired but was in the insurance industry in Pennsylvania for over 45 years. We had used various insurance agencies in Florida over the years and were very disappointed with them. They were unprofessional. We could not get answers or endorsements from the agents or their staff on a timely basis. When I say timely basis, I am talking about having to follow up for months, sometimes as many as five or six times on simple requests and finally getting an endorsement that was wrong. Truly we had lost faith in insurance agencies in Florida until we found Mark Bouchard snd his team Crystal McKinney, snd Brandi Piefer to handle our insurance. They do a superb job! They respond to questions quickly, get policies issued correctly, and get any endorsements needed issued correctly and promptly. If a policy needs to be remarketed, they are right on it. I cannot think of one negative experience I have had with any of them. Go Sterner Agency! A few years ago, they became part of Brightway Insurance. Since that time, I have had some negative experiences with the Brightway service team when they tried to help me. They just don't have the knowledge and experience that Mark, Crystal, or Brandi have. When having difficulties, I always go back to Mark, Crystal, or Brandi who resolve any issues. Brightway Insurance please know that these three shining stars will help you sell insurance and maintain your business. Acknowledge their success and work on bringing the other service team members up to higher standards so that your clients will stay with you. I only wish you the best success!

  Thank you, Crystal, for finding me boat insurance! I just purchased a new boat and forgot all about finding insurance for it. Right before I got on the water, I called and spoke with Crystal. In less than 10 minutes, she had an entire policy written, payment remitted, and proof of insurance sent to me, allowing me to get on the water asap.

  I can't recommend this agency enough! Crystal went above and beyond to find coverage for my home, even though other agencies didnt have the ability to write it. She took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of my coverage, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting. She also saved me money on my auto insurance and eased my mind with writing a flood policy as well. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor to make something I wasn't looking forward to doing, fun. If you're looking for someone who puts their clients first, shes the one to call.

  Crystal was amazing to work with! She actually listens, answers my questions, and never makes me feel like I'm just another customer. She saved me a huge hassle, found mistakes in my previous insurance coverage, and even saved me money on my car insurance. When you have a house older than Methuselah that nobody wants to insure, having someone like Crystal in your corner makes all the difference. I highly recommend! 10/10!!!
