  I wouldn't recommend this agency. I have been trying to cancel my policies due to the sale of my home. I have been passed from person to person asking for the same information. Still have not got a refund.

  We have been clients of the Brightway Insurance, The Wilson Agency for 2-3 years now and we don’t plan on going anywhere and that’s all because of Erin Pooler! Erin is the best - she has always gone above and beyond for us! She’s professional and friendly. And always takes the time to answer questions and explain our policies. She’s been an absolute pleasure to work with! Not to mention - she has saved us so much! From auto to homeowners to business insurance. I also want to give kudos to Lisa as well. Shes been so friendly and professional. And she has filled in at times when Erin’s been unavailable and they don’t skip a beat and deliver a wonderful customer experience!

  My experience with this office has been consistently frustrating due to poor communication and a lack of customer service. Since my original agent left the team, it's been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone or receive timely assistance. Most recently, I requested a homeowners insurance quote for a new property. While I received quotes from other agencies within a reasonable timeframe, I hadn't heard anything from my own agency. When I called to check on the status, the agent I was transferred to was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. She insisted I had been given a specific turnaround time, which I had not. The repeated miscommunication and lack of responsiveness have made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful. I'm giving three stars because, when the work is actually completed, the insurance policies and coverage recommendations have always been top-notch. I don't want to discredit the quality of the products they provide. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication have consistently fallen far short of that standard. If customer service, communication, and timely follow-up are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
