  Katie is an absolute rockstar 5/5 personal score! She consistently goes above and beyond and really stands out. Renée 4/5 personal score is good and has been helpful as well….. when available…. She needs more help… The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that customer service needs improvement, especially when it comes to returning phone calls, following through, and sticking to scheduled appointment times. Customers shouldn’t have to keep calling back or feel like they’re being bounced around for over a month. I also keep hearing that people are “in meetings all day.” There can’t possibly be that many meetings every day—not even the President has that many meetings! 😄 Communication and follow-through would make a big difference. Overall, there are some great people here, but the rest of the team could definitely improve the customer experience.

  Whico has handled my insurance for many years and will for many more! Alexia and her team are always friendly, attentive and professional. I've been through auto accidents and hurricanes with them and never worry that they have my back. Most recently, amazing Katie has been helping me, I can't say enough good things!

  I contacted Whitco for business liability insurance. Everyone was prompt and courteous. They provided multiple quotes, explained the differences, and answered my questions. They took care of everything electronically for me and upon payment issued the COI quickly. I highly recommend Whitco!
