  Angelina Cotto has provided me with a thorough explanation of auto insurance benefits by spending hours of her time with me following my mistaken change in cancelling my policy with State Farm in April, 2026. This ultimately spiraled out of control, affecting my homeowners premium, escrow, & ultimately the monthly mortgage payment increase. I was thrown into a tailspin with the loss of my husband of 33 years on January 30,2026, & the loss of one full social security check. I was attempting to balance my new lowered income by searching for lower rates on everything. The changes I made resulted in a disastrous outcome. The advice Angelina provided me with her professional & positive demeanor, with undeniable patience & ultimate goal to restore my auto coverage with State Farm has given me renewed hope in your agency.   I signed up with Statefarm and had a terrible experience with the first office I had. They never answered phone were rude etc. so I went to the first office I saw, which was Scott’s and asked to transfer. That was about 5 years ago. I’ve stayed loyal to Scott’s office for years, even after I’ve moved because they are the absolute best. For auto and life. No matter what offers I get I rather the customer service I get from Scott’s office. Even when I was with out a job for a few months and got behind they were there for me so I didn’t lose my policy. Chris has always been amazing at letting me text anything I need and getting back to me asap. Israel is so nice and takes care of my life insurance and always lets me know ways I can save money. They are all awesome people and this office is the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to insurance matters.

  Israel Vargas has been fantastic is helping set me up with my auto insurance and home insurance. His communication is fantastic. Replies so quickly whenever I had a question or wanted him to adjust my coverage. I saved almost a thousand dollars switching my policy with the help of Israel. I can’t thank the team enough and am looking forward to continuing to work with him for years to come.
