  Edited after Brightway’s reply: that does not negate the lack of communication. It’s your responsibility to notify your customers and you failed to do so. They’re agents will also accuse you of things that were not said and rudely disconnect before you are able to defend yourself. The lack of communication with their customers is abhorrent. No calls, no letters, no emails. Pick anyone else to insure you. Literally anyone at all.
