  Ashley Jeffers with Brightway was great. She researched my insurance before it was due and found me a cheaper plan. The process was very easy. I appreciated her finding me savings like that!

  I had a wonderful experience working with my new homeowners insurance agent, Chris! He was quick to respond, very helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood my options. I really appreciate his excellent communication, professionalism and excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for homeowners insurance.

  Hope Ambrose is assisting us with our insurance purchase. Her customer service is excellent! She’s extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and easy to reach. Her outstanding customer service is a rarity and refreshing. Too often you are trying to communicate through telephone automation but Brightways agents are very accessible and responsive. They are the BEST.
