  I was with this company since the Florida No Fault Days way back in the 1980's here in the 2020 time period I started getting up explained rate increases come to find out Corp. NEW YORK bought Direct out. Im a safe driver no tickets, decent credit, at my job 10yrs. No accidents another BS rate increase, I fired the company i had been with my whole adult life because of Corporate Greed!!!

  This Company won't let you change your due date unless you auto pay When I first got insurance, the payment was on the 26th of every month and when I had to renew, they changed it to the 6th of every month and they won't change the due date. If the General let's you change the due date, they should be able to do it too.

  One thing stands out about direct auto insurance is they run a company that serves customers who have real life problems financial problems and they do what ever they can to get you insured in real time world daily life. It's not what they say on commercial they really operate that way they are the real deal give them a try.
