I have since removed all my policies from Allstate! Shop around for affordable rates!!! I have not spoken to anyone at your agency in over 3 years! So I hesitate to say -your don't know what you are talking about!;!

- CFClint FL-MANMar 29, 20241.00 stars had insurance with them for over 6months on the mile wise solution due to unforeseen circumstances I drove too many miles for this to be affordable, so I ask for a standard 6 month quote, upon request they said they would email it to me waiting over a week with nothing, later ask for the same quote was told to wait another week, when I pushed to get the quote over the phone they all but hung up on me. I called back in and finally got the quote in a few moments as I knew they could it wasn't bad but after fighting with them to get this quote I figured this was indicative of their services and how they treat people so I have cancelled my policy and signed with another auto insurance group... Allstate fine, but don't use this agent or his office it's not worth your trouble and time...
