  Un servicio de excelencia lleno de amabilidad y siempre buscaron complacer mis exigencias al punto de encontrarme algo bien cómodo para mi seguro que puedo pagar y estar bien asegurada . No tuve que enredarme buscando algo de lo que no estoy segura , las agentes hicieron todo el trabajo por mi y me explicaron con detalle todo por lo que estoy pagando , mis dudas fueron aclaradas y ahora se exactamente todo lo que me cubre .   Worst customer service. Agents multiple hung up on my when try to make changes to my policy not to mention I can barley understand what they are saying as the English is not clear. Dropping immediately! I wish I would have read the reviews as the responses let me know management is petty too and for what. Paying customers.
