  Omg.. when I say the agent Alexa P. Is a LIFE SAVER!!! I mean it!! This is not an exaggeration or a paid review lol. My car was repo and I needed full coverage QUICK but something within my budget. Alexa was so kind, respectful, funny and very professional but also very empathetic and that is a huge plus in my book. I deal with crippling anxiety and depression, so talking with her felt like a much needed therapy session! She kept me posted, she followed up with me, asked if I was ok and made sure I was safe riding my scooter around town. Freeway definitely needs to give this woman a raise ! She is amazing at what she does and I am so grateful that I got her as an agent. She made the experience smooth and easygoing. They were willing to work with me on a few things as long as I meet their deadline of course but the fact that they were willing to work with me? After dealing with a bunch of rude and nonchalant customer service agents from the bank and collateral team? it was a huge and refreshing experience that really put my mind at ease. Thank you so much Alexa and I pray that God provides you with infinite blessings !

  5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Tracy Stanciu Amazing customer service was the only one to HELP ME on a Cancellation...... called 4x got brush away because wasn't getting new Insurance..... But which isn't my Agent went above and beyond on Helping me.....Thank you Tracy
