  Cheryl at Don Hood Insurance is amazing! Between dealing with a category 5 Hurricane and helping us change insurance providers recently, she is on top of it! She is always willing to answer countless questions and explain terms in clear and easy to understand language. 5/5 would recommend!

  Cheryl helped our family through hurricane Michael which was quite stressful! Cheryl put us at ease and took the time to walk us through the process and every time we called her no matter what time of day she always returned our call. We had no idea how insurance worked when making claims & repairs but she was very patient and kind helping guide us. I am sure she was dealing with hundreds of people at that time. We just received a call from Cheryl recently our insurance company was dropping us and she called us immediately to let us know. She took the time to walk us through another company/policy, she literally spent 1.5 hours on the phone helping us with a new policy and answering all of questions. Highly recommend this company! 10 stars in my book!
