  At Brightway Insurance you are greeted with a smile when you enter. Everyone is pleasant and caring. We have been seeing James Harrington for 13 years.He always makes us feel at ease and listens to ours concerns.James always does his best when helping us with our insurance policies. He explains things and points us to the best policy. So glad James knows his job well. We recommend him to many people.

  Great service. Immediately took the initiative to research a new auto policy for me that would save me some money. Made the change within minutes. Also took upon himself about a better rate on flood insurance. Really thinking about what's best for his customer. Never go anywhere else. Harrington is the best place to go for great service and insurance.

  Meredith is the BEST! She goes above and beyond, almost like it's just for fun for her! Not only did she secure a better rate on my homeowners insurance, but it has better coverage than what I previously had! She also took over my car and flood insurance, so everything is in the same place, which makes management a BREEZE!
