  Good morning, Today, unfortunately, I needed roadside assistance for a battery jump. I was up and on my way to work at 3 am. I never experienced this with State Farm before, but today, without reason, 2 roadside assistance provided to me canceled, and I had to miss work for being that it was already too late and was left stranded. Once again, I never really experienced this with State Farm before. I have been with you guys for years, referred by my parents. But today was a rude awakening that either I need to drop you, the company itself is in need of better customer serviceor the people you look to represent are in need of change. This was truly a lack in providing what used to be great service. It's very disappointing that quality and reliability have taken a major downfall because people dont feel the need to do their job. I provide a service to millions in Orlando for a company I have worked for 24 years. I take pride in what I do and gotten up early for 24 yrs not for any reason but because I know my help is needed to getting it done. Im committed to that quality of service. What happened to you guys? You let me down.

  This State Farm agency office is fantastic, professional and willing to answer all questions asked. “Gabe Canizares” is an exceptional agent, polite, kind, and patient.
