  I’ve been with State Farm for about 10 years now I believe and it’s always been a great company and the service has always been really good but I have to give special recognition today to Gerone Acosta Vélez. The service provided by this agent is something else, he walked me through every step of a renters insurance change since I am moving and made the whole process so simple and effortless. He genuinely seemed interested in wanting to help me out which you don’t see now a days a lot. He was friendly, personable, and just very professional. Please give him the recognition he deserves, really an irreplaceable employee you have in your hands. 10/10 recommend working with Gerone Acosta Vélez

  Samantha is wonderful and I'm so happy she was able to review my policy as well reset my password.Statefarm app password wasn't responding but , she was able to take her time contact statefarm support and recovered my account.Wonderful young representative.

  Samantha was absolutely wonderful in helping me to apply for my dividend refund. I spent everyday last week trying get it set up only to fail and she completed it in 10 minutes!! She was very friendly, very professional, and extremely efficient.
