- STStacey TrowbridgeJan 17, 20201.0Called to move my withdrawal date because of financial reasons and wanted to move it forward but instead of moving it forward, they moved it backward so now I owe two payments two weeks sooner than my original withdrawal date. Their solution was to suspend the autodraft and make the payment manually but then I would lose the discount on top of making a payment late. Their response; it's out of our hands because billing said there is nothing they can do to change it in their system. Wow. way to help a long time good driver customer Allstate.
