  Awful service, won't return calls and are just a complete waste of time The reply below is so out of touch that it reinforces my original statement. I called on Monday and was told an e-mail would be sent to Iris who would call me back, today I still hadn't received a call. I called and was promised a call back, 3 hours later, still no call. Instead of having her call and explain the policy, I had to wait and call back a third time where the person who answered still didn't transfer me but instead gave me attitude and told me you can't help me, with no explanation until I asked for one. My review has nothing to do with the outcome, that was never part of it, you decided to come and share that. My review clearly states that I received awful service and that you wasted my time. Funny how that is not part of your response but instead you are so unprofessional that you are sharing the contents of a private call. It's a great look for you. Had you not wasted my time this entire week and just been upfront, I would've solved my problem and moved on, but you chose to avoid it. Again, extremely professional of you and just a reinforcement of the above, original review.

  ★☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed that I have been unable to obtain assistance with historical records from a policy that originated through this office. I was a State Farm customer for many years and maintained continuous auto coverage while moving from Florida to Texas and later Mississippi. I am currently trying to resolve an insurance record issue involving my 2019 state transfer, and I need documentation showing my policy history. Unfortunately, I have not been able to obtain the records needed to verify my coverage history. I understand that policies and offices change over time, but customers should have a clear path to access their own historical insurance records when those records are needed to resolve serious issues. After years of being a paying customer, I expected better support from State Farm.
