  I called asking for assistance because I need help with my payment. I had an emergency with my health a few weeks ago and I was behind on my bills. Iris responded my call and she helped me and guide me to get the best option for my situation. Before the call I was very stressed but after I spoke with Iris I’m feeling relieved! Thank you Iris!

  I've been with this office for a long time and always received great service. Iris spent a while helping me find the best balance between the coverage we were looking for at a reasonable price and making sure all the discounts we qualified for were applied. With all of the prices heading in the upward direction it was nice to have someone helping me walk the line between what we want and what we need.

  Awful service, won't return calls and are just a complete waste of time The reply below is so out of touch that it reinforces my original statement. I called on Monday and was told an e-mail would be sent to Iris who would call me back, today I still hadn't received a call. I called and was promised a call back, 3 hours later, still no call. Instead of having her call and explain the policy, I had to wait and call back a third time where the person who answered still didn't transfer me but instead gave me attitude and told me you can't help me, with no explanation until I asked for one. My review has nothing to do with the outcome, that was never part of it, you decided to come and share that. My review clearly states that I received awful service and that you wasted my time. Funny how that is not part of your response but instead you are so unprofessional that you are sharing the contents of a private call. It's a great look for you. Had you not wasted my time this entire week and just been upfront, I would've solved my problem and moved on, but you chose to avoid it. Again, extremely professional of you and just a reinforcement of the above, original review.
