  I do NOT recommend dealing with Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company Claims Department. I had a car accident on March 20, 2024, and even now in 2026 I am STILL dealing with this claim. Right after the accident, I submitted my statement and also followed up through email multiple times. Somehow, they later claimed they never received it. I left this insurance company in 2024 because of how unprofessional the service was, but I’m still suffering the consequences today. Nobody answers the phone, emails go ignored, and I reached out to Derek by email, text, and calls with absolutely no response. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service. Claims should not take YEARS to handle. If you want something cheap and frustrating, go for it. But if you want professionalism, communication, and people who actually handle claims properly, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
