    I was told an amount and was given a discount for having proof of insurance that I sent to them the same day I got the new policy. Agent never attached the proof of insurance and was charged full amount when I tried to call to fix the problem I kept getting sent to voicemail and then she sends me a message saying she’s in a meeting with the manager all day 4 days goes by and no one can help finally got a hold of Lydia who was able to fix the problem my agent still hasn’t answered her phone Regret switching insurance
