  We were with another agent and he retired. Our policies were transferred to this office. We weren't given a choice. There's several people at this office that are very helpful and customer service oriented. Theres a couple who are very pushy. I received a call on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 when I was at a doctor's appointment. Of course it went to voice mail because I was with the doctor. It was a man, who works at this office, saying my policy was going to cancel and I needed to call ASAP. I listened to the message as soon as I was able to and then I called back at about 4:50. I was told everything was fine and to disregard the message! I had been somewhat pressured into getting a life insurance policy by the same person. I then spoke to a lady and she explained things a bit more. I ended up getting the policy but found a life insurance policy less expensive and more coverage somewhere else. I canceled the life insurance policy with State Farm. A few weeks later, I receive a call from the woman that set up the policy on a Friday afternoon around 530. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes. I felt like a middle school student in the principals office being talked down to because I canceled the policy. I have now canceled my auto and renters insurance with State Farm and gone with another company.

  This review is for Francheska who helped me at State Farm office in Ocala She went above and beyond. I had asked before to just merge my two auto policies together. Boom 💥 she did it. Don’t know why no one else could help me. Thank you Francheska. 😊 PS This survey is asking questions as if I just signed up with StateFarm. I have had a policy with them for about 4 years.

  After 50 years, I was cancelled because of glass claims. I have 3 cars and live in a high construction area. Where is loyalty? If it happened to me, it can happen to you. 😞 I got a better deal with GEICO!

  I have had this company for fours since we moved into OTOW. I had no problems until this year. A young lady from Scott Cameron’s office called and spoke about some supplements. I told her maybe when our policy renews. You know how when you call the recording says we can not change or add on to a policy with out talking to you. Well this young lady said she tried to get ahold of me and couldn’t so she just added the premium. Humm. I saw my quarterly bill and it was higher than normal so I called and was told about what happened. I asked for it to be removed and I paid my bill with out the additional fee. I got late notice which I alway pay due to fear of credit problems. I spoke to the male CS Manager and was told a refund would be coming in a week or so. No refund as been received.
