  Brandon was the absolute best. Where every other insurance provider failed at, Brandon excelled at. If you have an imported vehicle and every other insurance company is giving you a hassle over the vin “being too short” just speak with Brandon, he knows exactly what he’s doing and he’ll get you right

  I was in need of affordable car insurance, and fast. I asked my younger son who he is using which is Direct Auto Insurance. I spoke with Brandon Mercer, and explained my situation. He went above, and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend this insurance!

  Madeline Peak assisted me and she was incredibly helpful, taking time to explain everything and made sure i was getting the best deal possible. It made the experience a lot less stressful than i expected it to be and I would happily refer other people to her services.

  I am a training customer service specialist and I used to also go through and test the customer service skills in many stores outside of the area that I trained of course so nobody recognize me I don't have words for what I can say about Madeline Miss peak I've had two other people in customer service that I spoke with in this state of Florida that are very high in the standards of customer service Miss peak superseded them by far personality professionalism ensuring that I had all details and understandings clarified everything with me offered me everything even though I denied maybe next time I'll allow her to persuade me to do it but at this time though she is one of the best I have trained and been in a customer service field for well over 45 years she is superior to all if I gave it two hands up I would not be enough because I only have two hands I can't score her on a 1 to 10 scale because she's on a higher scale than that she's on the Clydesdale scale and I give her a minimum of 5 personality professionalism social skills knowledgeable friendly very kind totally awesome one of the best customer representatives for customer service I have ever communicated with and I want her to know that I'm not saying this for nothing holds very true she's a benefit to your business you need to give her a raise or put her in a higher position because she's awesome
