  I’ve been with Direct Auto Insurance for over two years, and overall I’ve had a good experience with the company itself. Pricing has been fair, and the policy management process has been straightforward. That said, my experience with this Direct Auto Insurance office specifically has been disappointing. I have never been able to reach anyone at this location, and I’ve never actually spoken with an agent there. Every interaction has been routed through a centralized automated or corporate line. It raises the question of what value the local office provides. If everything is handled through a general system, having a physical office that is unresponsive feels unnecessary, especially when it’s not even close to my location. I would still recommend Direct Auto as a company based on my overall experience, but I would not recommend relying on this particular office. I’m currently looking to switch to a different location where I can actually reach an agent when needed.
