  I spoke with Crystal Babb about my policies that I currently have with this insurance company for quite sometime now. She was extremely helpful and explained both of my policies and even a small drop in policy cost. Extremely professional, explanation and the benefits of my policies. I’ve got complete confidence in this company and the people like Crystal and very pleasant and understanding person. I would and will recommend Bart Blessings State Farm Insurance.   I took a FR-10 to the office for someone to fill out and send to the SC DMV. It did not get to the proper dept and my license was suspended even though I was told it had been completed. After crying because to me this was traumatic. I kept calling and was put off until Aleigh Conmiller answered. She listened, researched, took action! She answered my calls and I can say I received my driving rights in SC back! If you want an agent that not only listens but will literally follow through for you to the end call her. I do not know her personally but I can say SHE IS A TOP RATED AGENT AND TAKES ACTION! A KEEPER from where I come from. : )

  I Juan Vega spoke with Aleigh about homeowners insurance, she was very knowledgeable, she answer all my question and was able to get me a very good deal, was able to lower the price. I was very happy with her, very respectful. I'm glad she handle my policy.

  They convinced us to put trackers in our vehicles and intrusive apps on our phones so we could get a reasonable discount after 6 months. The paperwork claimed we were getting around a $600 discount but after doing the math it was LITERALLY $6. We were customers for years!! Went it to talk to the manager about it but he was dumbfounded and couldn’t explain how the discounts with the trackers work and had zero knowledge of the system. If agents push a product they should understand how it works. Even the manager I spoke to couldn’t care less about it. When I asked him to fix it he wouldn’t take accountability. Only offered to lower my coverage. We paid $300 / for both cars with Statefarm. We found a smaller agent here in Ocala and now pay $175 with much better coverage with Progressive. The employees here are very nice but they are too commission driven. Most people don’t realize you can go to a smaller agency for better rates
