It's nice to be able to reach out to local insurance specialists and actually get someone in your area on the phone who genuinely wants to help you to the best of their ability. Obviously, the insurance market dictates certain things, but this agency truly feels like your agent. One of my vehicle policies recently increased, which unfortunately happens in Florida, so I took it as an opportunity to see what else was out there. I contacted all of the major carriers and several others, but none of them had that same hometown feeling. They all felt impersonal like you're constantly being transferred from one call center to another, only to realize that their level of service simply doesn't compare.The grass isn't always greener on the other side. The agents at Bart Blessing State Farm are responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve issues. After reaching back out to them today with a quick question, David took the initiative to dig deeper into my policies and ultimately found a way to save me $70 a month! It's results like these, along with the personal service, that keep me loyal to Bart Blessing State Farm. Highly recommend them!
