When I had questions about the rate on renewal, their office was rude and unhelpful. "That's just the way it is, your rate changed." was the statement their agent stated. My last conversation, their representative stated some things that I questioned so I called Allstate corporate. What was said by the agency was in fact not correct at all, and directly contradicted what Allstate told me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this agent!
