  Sybil Warren in Marianna, Florida was the agent that helped me after weeks of speaking with multiple agents that kept giving me the runaround couldn’t help me and difficult with the cancellation team was able to resolve my issue in one day what was impossible for everybody else was easy and simple for her. It just took time and she showed me that she didn’t mind giving me the time needed to help get my issue resolved. She was very sweet understanding and did everything that she said she was gonna do if it was a simple call back in two hours. She called me back exactly 2 hours. She communicated so well with me. She’s a keeper and you guys need to give her a raise and Promote her to train your other agents because they’re horrible

  Love this place it gave me an amazing quote unlike State farm and Geico. I've had no accidents in the last 10 plus years and no tickets and Geico and State farm wanted to charge me a arm and a leg. Direct did the opposite and on top of that Ariel Groomes there sales agent did an amazing job with my quote and information about my insurance. She's the best so I highly recommend y'all to ask for her as y'all's agent.
