I’ve been with his office for bout 8 months now & anytime I have a question his staff has ALWAYS either answered my emails rather quickly or if I called & they were busy have called me back within an hour or 2 to resolve whatever concerns or questions I may have had! Allstate’s price was honestly about the same as my old carrier if I remember correctly it may have been a couple bucks more. What sold me was knowing Allstate (& tbh this locations people) will always be there for me, God forbid I ever did have some catastrophic loss. Between Allstate’s good reputation & Scott’s staff I can’t see myself leaving for another carrier anytime in the near future regardless of the price.
