  I'm a return client for acceptance. Just moved somewhat recently to Orlando from Tennessee needed to get florida insurance. Let me say Tammy is a girls girl. She's the insurance bestie. We instantly from one convo became friends. She was even willing to come to my rescue when the tow truck just wasn't showing up and I was stranded with my 3 kids while I'm also pregnant and high risk. my husband stuck at work n we don't know anyone here. But Tammy and her coworker were willing to come for us! I didn't end up needing her to because my husband was on the way finally he got a ride but if yall need an insurance agent Tammy is the one who would have your back! If she makes a mistake she corrects it and if something happens she will go to bat for you. She is even willing to file a big complaint against the roadside assistance I paid for and couldn't afford in that moment because the truck never showed and they(the roadside and truck service) were extremely rude to me but Tamny got my back and she is going to inquire about a refund for me. When I've been having the hardest time of my life lately including financial issues,pregnancy issues, medical health issues, kids school issues, home unstable issues, car issues, I mean I've had it all and somehow I seemed to have found a friend in the least of all likely places. If I make more friends here I'll be sending them to Tammy B. at Acceptance hands down!!

  Samantha from Lakeland Branch was very responsive and help me through the whole process of setting up a policy and making any changes that was needed in diligent time. She’s very respectful and goes above and beyond with great customer service. Will recommend to anyone looking for great insurance with positive feedback from agents like Samantha.
