  I’m very happy with Allstate, and with my local agency, Brian Malloy. I use Allstate and, specifically, thus office for all my insurance needs. I am ashamed to say that I don’t remember everyone by name but will recommend to you the exceptional service that I receive from Tyson Pitts, Aaron Ploshnik, and Zach Malloy. Indeed, Mr. Malloy’s professional, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous demeanor with my mother and me is what originally drove me to Allstate so many years ago. Even though I often receive offers from other companies to take a look, receive lower rates, I can’t imagine changing companies. I mean - insurance only becomes necessary and truly meaningful in a moment of personal crisis. I pray that I never have such a need again, but if I do it is these fine gentlemen on whom I would be relieved to call in such an emergency. I know that they are always at the other end of my calls and will do their level best to help me. And, that’s all that one can ask for, isn’t it? I should say that the Malloy team is powered by more than the three individuals I’ve mentioned by name. They too are very important to the whole- making sure all contacts and the office in general run smoothly, pleasantly, and with efficiency … all without losing that personal touch. This office is testimony to fairness and decency and community - which likely, in turn, is testimony to the fine corporate culture of Allstate. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share some goodness about a most deserving organization.

  Incredible service, great service and super friendly. Can’t recommend the team of Krista and Brian highly enough. Thank-you for doing all you do and helping with saving us money on our home insurance.
