  Contortionist … that’s how to describe Asia Conklin. At least that’s what she had to endure with me, and she has been invaluable helping to secure insurance for my new home purchase. I had spent days contacting insurance companies, it was maddening to receive return robo-calls and computer-generated e-mails vs. personal attention. Asia arrived on my radar having received her information from the previous owner. She was invaluable helping navigated the complex history of my new home and requirements to confirm those details. In my situation, it was not something that I could do robotically on a website. I needed a person with experience and understanding, someone to talk to and with a boat-load of patience. Asia delivered in spades. What began as a 102-year-old historic home turned into a 21-year old reconstructed historic home, changing all of my needs considerably. Asia kindly handled and directed all of the ups and downs. She guided me through the process and identified best what was needed and the appropriate coverage. At all times Asia was thoughtful and understanding, well beyond my expectations. It was an extremely detailed, complicated and confusing series of events … but, from her point of view, all was handled in stride, leaving no stone unturned and all questions asked and answered. Asia’s meticulous attention to detail and understanding made an otherwise frustrating experience into a great opportunity. She has been reliable, generous with her knowledge, guidance and time, and I am thrilled to have her as my partner as a new resident and new homeowner in Palm Beach County. Her personal involvement made all of the difference.

  It’s unfortunate that I am writing this review. I went to a networking event and I called the gentleman that gave me his card . I called him today to get a quote on renters insurance. He took my information and said I will call you later today. 9/7/26, never received a call back. I’ve never had someone tell me they will call me later as I’ve always gotten a quote while on the phone. This was not an “I’m busy” moment. Disappointed and really needed a quote . I’ve found someone else that did a great quote directly over the phone .
