Unfortunately the cost of the premiums began to rise too much, without any justification, Allstate premiums are much cheaper for the same coverage, unfortunately Allstate is lacking the customer service that I was accustomed to with USAA.

I have reached out multiple times to Tom Patterson regarding an ethical concern related to a policy but I have yet to receive a phone call from him directly as requested. I will move forward accordingly now with my complaints regarding the ethical practice and treatment at this insurance location.

Recently I was defended by Allstate in a legal case stemming from an auto accident and I could not be more pleased with how it was handled. Melody Toma was the attorney representing Allstate and she was amazing! I always knew exactly what was going on and she was able to keep my fears at bay throughout the whole process. I am a forever customer because of the way I was taken care of during that stressful event. I always feel that I am getting the most value for my money with Allstate and I have convinced all three of my grown children to also use allstate for all of their insurance needs because of my many years of great service.
