  Could not get help. Had my homeowners policy with them for many years they jacked it up $2000 more year. Got a new roof put on my house. Called to let them know that and send the paperwork in and the lady said it didn’t matter for me to figure it out and go somewhere else and find better insurance. She told me to call the insurance company Universal property and tell them I got a new roof. They told me that they don’t deal with the clients that I have to go through the agent. I called the agent back and was told again to shop around the insurance myself. I’m confused because this is the agent that is supposed to do that for you. So no, I do not recommend this particular agent.
