  Kevin was an absolute lifesaver! From start to finish, he made the whole claims process smooth, stress-free, and actually understandable.   Krista has been nothing short of amazing. She fought for my family to be made whole after a total loss. I needed someone to stand up for my family and I as I didn't have the experience to put up a fair fight with my insurance company.   Holy crap—we’ve done some serious growing up these past few months. I could probably write a whole book on homeowners insurance, including a chapter called “Why You Probably Need a Public Adjuster.” After nearly three months of battling our insurance, a client recommended Gold Star Adjusting. I took a leap, not totally sure—but wow, I’m so glad I did. I didn’t fully understand what a public adjuster could do, but now I do: they fight for you. Zach went above and beyond, patiently answering our endless questions and making sure we got the best possible settlement. My husband and I had zero clue how any of this stuff worked! Insurance companies count on you not knowing the process—but Gold Star knows it inside and out. They were diligent, super responsive (unlike our insurance), and always quick to communicate. By the time mediation came around, Zach was fully prepared and made sure we got the best outcome. Im so happy all this is done and settled and there is not a tarp on our roof—finally! 🙌 If any of my friends are needing to file a claim with their homeowners insurance, I’ll be telling them “you probably need a public adjuster—and if you do, go with Gold Star!”

  Anyone who has dealt with Insurance adjusters probably knows you would get better results talking to a freshly painted wall. My first time filing a claim for a Lightning strike to my house and not knowing what im entitled to for coverage and getting the runaround from my insurance. I thought I was screwed. Well not all hero’s wear capes but Kevin from Gold Star Adjusters came to the rescue and dropped knowledge on how the industry actually works. He’s been involved the entire way and helped me get what is owed back. So from my family to his and the entire crew at Gold Star Adjusters. Thank you a million times over for putting in the work and dealing with scumbag insurance desk adjusters on our behalf. Its no easy task dealing with idiots on a daily basis. If you ever file a claim. Dont take anything the insurance company says seriously. Get a public adjuster on your side! They cut through the crap the insurance company likes to spread to muddy the severity of the problem. Gold star adjusters are professionals and listen and understand what your going through.
