Over the past couple of weeks I added a new car to my policy and swapped a leased Volvo, and she handled everything by email with quick responses, even when I changed the delivery dates on her more than once. She worked with underwriting, kept me updated, and sent the ID cards right away each time. Great service, highly recommend asking for Marissa. 5 stars.

I joined State Farm 2 years ago when my prior carrier had little to no human interaction when I had a concern. Marissa and Chris are quick to reply and handle any issues that arise. I switched bank billing and had two girls go off to college which created a lot of moving parts to get handled. It was seamless and the communication from their office is unmatched anywhere. Oh, did I not mention that their price for our vehicles was the best value of 4 other companies that I checked.
